Founded in 2014, Hawler Institute has successfully completed six graduation rounds, contributing to the educational development of the Kurdistan region. The institute is home to four main departments: Oil & Gas, Computer Science, Business Administration, and Accounting.

CEO

Avin Qasim Karim

Is an accomplished Environmental Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business and Management. Avin is the CEO of the Vocational Institute for Oil and Gas, she has been at the forefront of its development for the past six years. Through her strategic leadership, she has successfully expanded the institute, establishing three new departments and driving its continuous growth. Avin’s blend of technical expertise and business acumen positions her as a key figure in shaping the future of vocational education in the industry.

Ajin Qasim Karim

Ajin Qasim Karim, a civil engineering graduate, has served as the dedicated administrative manager at Hawler Institute for several years. Ajin combines a vision for growth with a commitment to excellence, contributing to the institute's continued success and operational efficiency.

Xabat Karim Hamajan

The assistant manager with 8 years of experience in the same field and institute, is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and supporting department heads. Her role ensures the smooth functioning of academic programs and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success and growth of the institute.

Muhammad holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Salahaddin University. With 2 years of teaching experience in Business Administration and Accounting, he currently serves as the Assistant Manager at the Hawler Institute for Oil & Gas.

Rayan is a dedicated Computer Science Teacher at our vocational institute, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Rezna Khalid Mohammed

Rezna Khalid Mohammed is a dedicated Kurdish Language Teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Kurdish Language from the College of Arts (2014-2015). With two years of teaching experience at the Erbil Non-Governmental Institute, she is committed to fostering a love for the Kurdish language and culture among her students. Rezna’s engaging teaching style and passion for education make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Petroleum Engineering Instructor

Shorsh Nazm Abdullah

Shorsh is an experienced Petroleum Instructor at our institute, holding a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Soran University. He has received specialized training from Halliburton and participated in an employment promotion course. With teaching experience and volunteer work with the Society of Petroleum Engineering, Shorsh brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his students.

Muhammad Bilal

Muhammad Is an experienced sports instructor at our vocational institute, where he has been teaching for 4 years. Beyond his teaching duties, Muhammad is actively involved in organizing extracurricular activities, including football games, tennis, and other student events, fostering both physical fitness and social development among the students.
